House Rules and Policies
GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card (sorry not VISA debit) when you book. We do require a deposit of the first night plus tax at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check in. Any cancellation, or modification of your reservation may be made up to 14 days prior to your check in date. Such changes will result in a $30 fee. Cancellations 14 days or less are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

All guests must be 18+ years of age (and a valid credit card holder) to book a room. For security reasons please provide a valid government issued ID at the time of check in. All reservations are subject to 16% tax here in Tofino.
Our property is a non smoking property. We have strict quiet hours from 10:00pm-10:00am to provide the most relaxing stay for all guests.
EARLY ARRIVALS / LATE DEPARTURES
At this time we are unable to accommodate late check outs. If your room is ready early we are happy to check you in early, but can not guarantee and are not able to accommodate advanced requests. If you choose to check out before your departure date an early departure fee of one night plus tax is applicable.
In order to guarantee a reservation we require a deposit of the first night’s fees plus tax at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check in. Any cancellation, or modification of your reservation may be made up to 14 days prior to your check in date, a $30 administration fee will apply to changes made outside of the 14 day window. Cancellations 14 days or less are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
We love to welcome dogs at our property, however not all of our rooms are pet friendly. You must arrange with our staff before your arrival to bring your dog along. There will be a fee of $25/night to a maximum of $50/stay. If your furry friend leaves a big mess, an extra cleaning fee of up to $200 may be applied after you check out. Pets cannot, at any time be left unattended in rooms, if you need a pet sitter we would be happy to connect you with a local pet sitting service. If you arrive with a pet and have not arranged for a pet friendly room we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation unless there is availability in a pet friendly room. We cannot accommodate cats, birds, fish, alpacas/emus, or any pets other than dogs at this time.
We value your privacy. We are committed to only collecting the personal information required to provide you with the best service we can. Your information is safe with us, and will never be kept longer than necessary, or shared with any third parties.
