General Reservation Information

Booking & Payment

To confirm your reservation at Duffin Cove, we require:

  • A valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (debit cards not accepted)

  • A deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus tax, charged at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance is due upon check-in

 

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
    Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

 

Guest Requirements

  • All guests must be 18+ years of age and present a valid government-issued ID and credit card at check-in

  • All reservations are subject to 16% tax as per local regulations

 

Quiet Hours & Property Rules

Duffin Cove is a non-smoking property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests.

 

Pet-Friendly Rooms

We love to welcome dogs to Duffin Cove! Before bringing your pup, please arrange with our team.

  • Only select rooms are pet-friendly

  • A $50 per stay pet fee will apply

  • Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms

  • Additional cleaning fees (up to $200) may apply

  • Unregistered pets are subject to extra charges
    If you arrive with a pet and haven't booked a pet-friendly room, we may need to cancel your reservation unless one is available.
